The Executive Bench
Meet Your C-Suite
One team, one philosophy, built to lead your business as if it were our own.
Five Executives, One Bench
Your Executive Team
Every leader here operates from that same philosophy. Which of them leads your engagement, and which support it, is determined by where your business's real constraints sit, not decided in advance.
Ciara Stockeland
Chief Financial Officer, Co-Founder
Ciara co-founded Your C-Suite on a conviction she has spent more than twenty years proving true: revenue is never the real problem, profitability is. She built her career in retail and product-based business ownership, growing and ultimately selling her own boutique, and she came up the hard way, through the kind of inventory debt that teaches an owner exactly where a business hides its cash and exactly how to get it back. That lived experience is the backbone of how she leads today. She is the author of Inventory Genius, host of the Inventory Genius Podcast, and has carried the case for small business into national rooms, speaking before Congress and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. Inside an engagement, Ciara is the executive who makes the numbers tell the truth. She leads on cash-flow strategy, forecasting, and profitability, and she builds the financial visibility that lets a founder make growth decisions with certainty instead of hope.
Specialties
Bethny Ricks
Chief People Officer
Bethny builds the leadership a company needs to reach its next stage, and she does it at a level most growing businesses never get near. Her career spans more than a billion dollars in mergers and acquisitions, and she has been recognized among the Top 100 African Americans in Business and twice named one of Ohio's Most Powerful and Influential Women. She understands that the people side of a business is not soft, it is structural, and that most growth stalls not for lack of strategy but for lack of the right leaders in the right seats. She leads on organizational design, leadership development, and executive development, building the team, the roles, and the accountability a company requires so its people grow in step with its ambitions rather than lagging behind them.
Specialties
Jay Ferguson
Chief Financial Officer
Jay is a career finance executive who helps founders and leadership teams make sharper decisions through better access to their own numbers. He builds the financial infrastructure, reporting, and insight a growing company needs, the dashboards and business-health assessments that go well beyond a standard financial statement, so an owner can see exactly what drives performance and where to invest next. He served as Chief Financial Officer of Mountain Group Partners, a private equity family office that grew from a single fund to three under his watch, where he owned the accounting, audits, tax, and limited-partner reporting across the funds and their entities. Before that, he helped build the finance infrastructure of Asurion through its highest-growth years, supported the launch of several international operations, and rose from Assistant Corporate Controller over global consolidations to Chief Financial Officer of its Customer Care business unit. He began his career in audit at Arthur Andersen, holds a BS in Accounting and a Master of Accountancy from the University of Tennessee, and has been a licensed CPA for twenty-five years. Inside an engagement, Jay is the executive who turns a company's financial data into an instrument for making decisions.
